Harem Club Prive Milano is a club prive at Via Santa Maria 90 in Cologno Monzese, on the eastern edge of Milan, covering over 4,000 square metres. The site is laid out around a naturist wellness area with an outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and a hot tub at 36-37 degrees, alongside a garden, bar areas, a ventilated smoking lounge with sofas, a cinema area, rooms of several types and private zones. It opens seven days a week with a continuous buffet daily and table dinner at 20:30 on Friday and Saturday, and runs a calendar of named event nights, most of them on Saturdays. Entry is restricted to adult members of the association with a personal membership card and ID; the venue has no overnight accommodation, and joining and participation fees are quoted only by email.

- 18+ members only; valid photo ID required
- Personal membership card mandatory; cannot be left at the club
- Access as a couple or single; sexual discrimination prohibited
- Strictly no devices capable of capturing photo, video or audio: immediate removal for breaches
- Approach others politely; no touching without consent; silence during encounters
- Condom use strongly recommended
- Prostitution, drugs and excessive alcohol are prohibited (grounds for expulsion)
