Lima, in brief

“There's no storefront to walk up to — you prepay, you get a code, and only then do you get the address. The secrecy isn't a gimmick; it's the membership.”
Lima is a reservation-first city. The activity itself is legal — Peru doesn't criminalise private, consensual sex between adults, and intercambio de parejas isn't an offence — but because there's no dedicated licensing category for a swingers club, the venues run as private clubs rather than open premises (La Casa de Eros FAQ). The practical upshot for a visitor: you don't find the scene, the scene decides whether to find you. You contact a club, prepay part or all of the entry to get a reservation code, and the exact address arrives only then.
The lay of the land
There's no red-light district. The clearest, best-documented venue is La Casa de Eros in San Miguel, near Avenida La Marina, which the club itself calls a locación secreta. A second name that circulates with real documentation is Venuss Club, a sauna-format couples club running since 2015. Other names surface in the city's lifestyle conversation but are thinly documented and share the same address-on-request model — confirm any of them through their own channel before sending money.
| Venue | What it is | Who goes | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| La Casa de Eros | Couples-first private club in San Miguel; the best-documented venue in the city | Couples and single women the priority; single men capped at about 8 per night | 'Reina de Corazones' Fridays and 'Fiebre de sábado swinger' Saturdays, about 11pm–4:30am; address released only after a prepaid reservation (official site) |
| Venuss Club | French-inspired sauna-style couples club, operating since 2015 (formerly Duós Club) | Couples-oriented; some nights flagged solo parejas | Sauna, steam, jacuzzi and interaction rooms across La Victoria and San Martín de Porres sites; prices by WhatsApp only (venussclub.com) |
| San Miguel district | Residential west-central sector near Av. La Marina; not a 'scene' itself | — | Reachable by taxi/rideshare from the Miraflores/Barranco visitor zones; addresses land late, so plan the ride (Maps listing) |
The defining features of Lima's scene are discretion and vetting rather than visibility. Single men face real screening, couples and single women are the priority audience, and nothing is open-door.
Spanish is the working language. English is unevenly spoken once you leave the main tourist zones, so expect to reserve and negotiate the night in Spanish — most of it happens over WhatsApp.
Single men, plainly
Lima is one of the more single-male-restrictive scenes documented in the directory. At La Casa de Eros, solo men are limited to a small quota per event (the club's own materials cite a 25–40 age band and a max of around eight per night), need a prior recommendation and registration, must follow a formal dress code, and pay the highest door — S/.150 including a consumption credit, against S/.120 for couples and S/.50 for single women (official site). Read that as a sign of a serious venue, not a snub: it's how a small, couples-built room protects its balance.
Myth: Because Lima's scene is 'secret,' it must be sketchy or borderline illegal. Reality: The activity is legal between consenting adults; the secrecy is about member privacy and the lack of a swinger-club licence, and reputable venues explicitly bar prostitution and 'hostesses' and screen single men (La Casa de Eros FAQ).
The one genuinely Lima-specific caution is financial, not moral: because access runs on prepayment to a WhatsApp contact, and because several names in the scene are lightly documented, confirm a venue is actually operating through its own current channel before you send a sol. Then treat the night like any big-city night out — registered taxi or rideshare both ways, watch your drink, keep the reservation details to yourself.

- Legal age is 18+; bring government photo ID.
- Legal status: Legal in private, members-only venues.
- Consent is explicit and ongoing. Always ask; no means no.
- Photography is prohibited inside almost every venue.
- Peru does not criminalise private, consensual sexual activity between adults, and swinging (intercambio de parejas) between consenting adults is not in itself a criminal offence; the age of sexual consent in Peru is 14 under the Codigo Penal, but the venues operate strictly 18+ because they serve alcohol and stage adults-only entertainment. The practical and legal exposure for these clubs is as businesses: they operate discreetly as private clubs, typically without a public storefront, and gate entry by prepaid reservation - in part for member privacy and in part because a dedicated 'swinger club' licensing category does not formally exist, so venues are run as private events/clubs rather than open public premises. The hard lines that do apply are the prohibition on involving minors (strictly 18+ at the door) and on any commercial sex; reputable venues explicitly bar prostitution and 'hostesses' and screen single men. Because the model is private and reservation-gated, confirm a venue is currently operating and arrange access through its own channel before relying on it.
